Phones in the AM

Reminder to all of us who work in circ.

• If we don't unforward the phones in the morning, the calls are forwarded to City Hall.
• People who have time sensitive questions won't get them answered
• People may think the library is closed.
• This effects all departments!

Therefore, ANYONE who is scheduled to work at the Main Circ Desk at opening time must remember to unforward the phone.  The directions for are right on the phone AND if you have any questions, please ask any of the regular circ staff!  We are happy to help!

Of course, we have to take the phones back in the morning, too.

I think it helps to send out this reminder every once in a while.
